Long service but okay

I had a problem with a microphone in my phone, so I contacted to them. It was 12 days after I received a phone because it was a Christmas time and firstly I thought that it was a disposable difficulty. They tried to solve a problem by the internet, but it didn't help. I sent them a phone and they said that it was okay and sent me it back.The problem was still there. I paid again for delivery and they said that a phone has an issue which I was talking about. They offered me to exchange it for another (not new). After a conversation, they decided to exchange the phone for completely new. I am satisfied though contact with them takes a long time.
