Bought a mi mix 2
Bought a mi mix 2, the box was open, phone already booted, active accounts everywhere, phone bugs, is slow sometimes.
I sent an email, no answer. Never buy from them.

We are sorry you are not happy with the product you purchased. I'll explain why the phone box is opened and other details:
You ordered the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 witht the MIUI ROM with Chinese and English languages only (as stated on our website). It is the official ROM by Xiaomi, we opened the box to install Google Play Store in the phone and we also did few quick tests to check if the phone works well and reduce the problems % before sending the phone to our EU warehouse. This is the normal procedure since the official Chinese ROM doesn't have Google apps pre-installed but customers want to receive a phone ready to be used (including Google Play Store). The apps you see are included in the ROM by Xiaomi, we don't install any extra app in the devices.
We also sell the Mi Mix 2 with the official Global ROM which doesn't have installed the Chinese apps you see in you device and includes more languages and Google Play Store by default. This product also come in an unsealed box since we install the Global ROM manually, only recently (few days ago) we started to sell the Global version of the Mi Mix 2 produced and installed by Xiaomi, this device comes in a sealed box.
