DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Hello,
Firstly if I could I would leave no stars for this review. I ordered a phone yesterday and put my billing address down as requested, however during lockdown I am not staying at that address, which I realised after placing the order. Today I have called up to see if the phone can just be posted to my mum's address where I'm currently residing. The customer service guy (Sam - if that is his actual name) was rude beyond belief! I merely just asked if the phone can be shipped to my mum's address to which the tone in his reply was disgusting. He then said to cancel this order and order under my mum's address, I then asked how will this work as my mum's address is not my billing address and in a sarcastic tone he said 'well it's been done before and it's worked' - really, what's the point of a Credit Check then? Surely during these unprecedented times Fonehouse should have a strategy in place for different circumstances, why is it so difficult to just post the phone to a different address since I've passed all the security checks! Disgusting customer service, attitude and lack of decency towards your customers.
