Near Fraudulent lack of replies
My brother ordered a crucial piece of equipment for his work from home on the 31st of March. When the delivery company, DPD failed to come deliver stating that we weren't home which is impossible given that we are quarantined (obviously this is not Kijkshop's fault), they returned the package to Kijkshop. The package has been returned to Kijkshop on the 3rd of April and despite numerous e-mails and phone calls we have not heard ANYTHING back. I can understand that they are overloaded due to the pandemic, but after a month of not hearing back over a EUR 160 piece of equipment I think we can stop speaking of incompetence and start speaking of fraud! Don't order from them, the slightest issue will go unresolved!
Despite a reply on the 23rd that the refund was scheduled for that week, my brother has not yet seen a single cent...
