My dog suffers so badly with skin allergies and hotspots so I found the hotspot spray and ordered it next day delivery. Unfortunately over a week later it hadnt arrived and it turned out the mail place had lost my order! Called up animigo and they could not do enough, sent the hotspot spray and a complimentary toothpaste for my dog priority delivery when it wasn’t even their fault anyway. They went above and beyond, they didn’t rush me off the phone they were asking questions about what my dog likes or what we had tried in the past and asked me to let him know how my dog got on. Truly brilliant customer service, would not only use again but would also recommend to anybody.
