This is a scam. My credit score never changes from below average. I had an issue with a telco company three years ago which was sorted out amicably and paid - a long lasting unexpected bill from a divorce settlement whilst living overseas. Pay all my bills on time and never have trouble with telco plans, purchasing equipment on afterpay and financing 32000 for a car! This is just a shakedown to make you pay them 600 dollars or so to 'fix' your score.
