More transparency required
The company clearly believes that everyone has a mobile phone!
The form could be more user-friendly: for example, On reviewing, I wanted to add a 6th specified item but was unable. Simple things like dates and sort code numbers and post codes should move automatically to the next box once the required number of digits is in place.
Initial price on website somewhat misleading as sensible requirements are all add-ons.
Could be more transparent and show their claims percentage paid.
