2/2 Defect Products
Bought a phone case, upon arrival it was already broken... Return/exchange process takes 2-3 weeks, so instead of waiting I decided to buy another one and send this one back for a refund.. BAD CHOICE! It turns out it's also broken....
So my experience with Conrad is 2/2 defect products. Great store, selling only defect trash. Maybe they should announce it on their website that they only sell trash?
Also, their customer service is not helpful at all. Another store would've sent a replacement, but not Conrad!
