3 out of 4 products were not delivered
The order consisted of 4 products from Conrad.se. It was unpredictably splitted to 2 separate packages with "home" delivery via UPS.
I was at home but UPS just sent the message "UPS has not been able to deliver this shipment" and left the heavy package at pickup point.
For the second package there was no even theoretical choice... And my package with 3 products was sent back to Conrad?!
Also there was a lot of unnecessary and misleading messages through email, sms and at sites, often contradictory between Conrad and UPS.
As I assume the issue was either between Conrad and UPS or in UPS itself.
Positive:
Conrad Support responses were polite.
Fortunately, refund was done quickly within 5 days.
In conclusion, anyway I am not really satisfied with Conrad.se service.
