Worst customer service, worst online banking and worst overall bank I have ever experienced in my life. The on-site staff doesn't know anything about the banking system and their telephone "tech" service is as ignorant as their on-site staff. Glad to close my account. Sadly, I'm only a number and won't change anything. And Racist spacial in bad Vilbel
