A few days ago, I posted a very negative review because, like others, the doormat I ordered had not arrived in 60 days. I just discovered that the fault was not the vendor, but the shipper, who delivered it to a deceased neighbor, where it sat until her daughter found it. I have it now, and think it's great, although not totally functional.
