20% to high WOZ valued case dismissed
I contacted Previcus to do a WOZ bezwaar for an old apartment that was overvalued by the Dutch belastingdienst. It was priced 20% higher as the actual market value. It was valued at the price of an completely newly renovated apartment but my apartment had a 20 year old kitchen and bathroom. Previcus didn’t not put in the effort to pursue the WOZ bezwaar with the excuse that my apartment was valued correctly. Such a pity. I would not recommend Previcus to manage your WOZ bezwaar. Do yourself a favour a select a company that uses common sense in handling the WOZ bezwaar! Do not choose Previcus; you’ll be disappointed if you do.
