after a year the product stopped working..called them up and it took a good month for it to be fixed..2 months later it broke down again..called them up and during the next 3 weeks it took for them to come. .we put a small box around the unit outside to stop the rust from the brackets they used from staining our wall..when the technichan came he said because of the box we are not longer in gurantee..the fan still works so the box is not impeding the product..it just doesnt cool again..just like the first time before we put the box..so..they just wanted to find any excuse not to help us....we were told they were a terrible product and should have listened...they are a waste of money and a waste of time...the worst brand i have ever brought and we are really not happy
