Not delivered

I ordered flowers, chocolate and wine for my sister’s birthday in Rotterdam. None of the items arrived on the day of her birthday.
After complaining and asking for my money back, they told me that the delivery couldn’t be made due to an event at the campus. This was a ridiculous reason as my sister did receive deliveries from others that day. They claimed to have called my sister but she didn’t receive any calls or messages from them.

My experience with this company has been very awful and I am disappointed. I would very much like a full refund as I had paid for the items to be delivered on that day but I am still waiting on their reply.

Hello Aviral, thank you for your review! The delivery man of the local florist explained that there was an opening on the campus and it was closed for deliveries. The next working day, the delivery man delivered the flowers successfully, but a refund was wished from your side and therefor we have proceeded the refund. Again, our sincere apologies for the unpleasant situation.
