All the right notes, not necessarily in the right order!

I was told on a previous occassion, by the Lloyds pharmacy staff, to go to Morrisons Pharmacy as there no supply of the antibiotics I needed at this branch of Lloyds. I asked this time if they had the drug in stock before I left the prescription and yes, it was in stock. Forward half a hour to collection and I was told I was owed 28 which would be available the following week. I was offered one day's supply. I said it would have been useful if I was told this when the prescription was handed in and I was told that I asked if they were in stock and they were in stock - just not enough. So, all the right notes but not necessarily in the right order then! A big problem for me on this particular day for various reasons. Off to Morrisons in future it is then.
