Ordered three sweaters on Dec. 1 and have no shipping information. (two weeks later) I contacted customer service and they said it takes 5-7 days to process the order (their website says it takes 3) and then 10-15 days to ship. I was provided a shipping number but was told even that would take days to update. Apparently it looks like the product is coming from China. Not Texas which is where the company facebook page says it is located. Not Wyoming which is listed on their website under the contact us headline. The company needs to be honest about its shipping time upfront when you order. The whole thing is ridiculous.
