The handling time is unreasonable to…

The handling time is unreasonable to say the least - 4-5 weeks is beyond anything acceptable. Staff does not respond in English, which should not be a big ask in a modern, well educated country like Sweden.
No response to a message enquiring what steps are taken to reduce the handling time.
Moderna is connected to my SAS credit card, but if it was my personal choice, I would definitely not go with them.

Hi Bartosz,
It is sad that you do not feel that you are satisfied with your case. Right now when it comes to getting answers in English, it is unfortunately the case that many automatic answers are in Swedish and I take it on to the right department to review it.

There are periods when there are many trips more than usual, for example over Easter, then the response time can take longer. One of my colleague will get back to you with a decision on the case.
