I still haven't received half of the items I paid for. I ordered a jumbo pack, and received a standard pack but was also missing the comb. I was told that it would be sent, but I think it's been nearly two weeks now, and still no indication of when I will receive it.
I also used the product as instructed, it hasn't prevented reinfestation and the conditioner itself, while is helpful to get lice out.. that's all it does.
I paid a lot of money for this product, only to get half and am unsatisfied with the results.
I would like a refund on the products that I didn't not receive please, as it requires a lot of work to go through the process ,for little achievement.
