Hi Peter, thank you for your feedback. It's not uncommon to sneeze following use but I would recommend to reapply if you sneeze immediately after use. There is no risk of reapplying the spray since the spray is not medicinal in nature and there is no issue of dependency or overuse. I hope this helps.
