The watch is basic in appearance but the main features work. The main issue I have is that they sell blood glucose monitoring watches. I bought one as an experiment with low expectations. The glucose measurement is less than worthless - it might as well be a random number. I'm a type 2 diabetic, and was able to validate their data. It's not only wrong, it's dangerous. I tried to get in touch with the company, but they ignored all my emails until I initiated a claim with Paypal. Then they got offended at my claims, but offered a refund if I shipped it back to an address in Chinese. Not just in China, but in Chinese lettering. At my cost. I missed the deadline and now have a nice new paperweight.
