I am utterly disappointed with the service I have received from Babyliss regarding my recent purchase of the Babyliss straightener. Despite the order status indicating delivery, I have not received the product even after three weeks.
Every time I call to Babyliss, I am greeted by Claudia, who not only lacks basic courtesy but also seems completely disinterested in helping to customer. She robotically repeats the same unhelpful information, blatantly ignores my questions, and attempts to cut me off mid-conversation. It's as if she is trained to frustrate customers rather than resolve their issues. I have tried to voice my concerns repeatedly, only to be met with rudeness and incompetence.
