had a order sitting in the cart for over a week, finally decided to place the order, that same day offered my 15% off my order if i placed it, wrote them to cancel so i could get the discount, said they would only give me a refund after i placed a new order, no way, going to have to use my bank since they wont even offer to remove it from my card even though i said to cancel it
