Refund
I returned my parcel, had no confirmation that they have received it, been in contact with them no reply and still have no received a refund.

Sorry for any delays you have had here- we generally do not send emails when an order is returned but we do refund as soon as this is returned and logged.
I can see the order was received back 12 August and the refund processed and sent back to you 13th August within the 2-3 days of receipt as per our refund policy.
