Customer Service Nonsense

I ordered the incorrect headboard brackets as had the wrong brand from my mothers bed (100% my bad.) I emailed to try and cancel once I realized my mistake. I received a response stating they could not cancel as it was already in the works, ok no problem I totally get that. But following that they said that I could return it but would have to pay postage and a 15% restocking fee. What? Ridiculous, terrible customer service... This is why third party retailers like Amazon are the way to go, no trumped up charges.
