Terrible experience, possibly the worst in the last 20 years among the thousands of purchases I've made across dozens of different online stores. In short: I ordered an item that was listed as "on the way" with an estimated delivery time of 15 days. After those 15 days passed, on the 20th day, I asked when it would be delivered. MUZIKER's response was that the item was out of stock from the supplier, with a new estimated delivery date of another two months. Although I expressed my disappointment, I said I was willing to wait. To my surprise, the very next day, MUZIKER canceled my order without my authorization and told me to reorder it, with the same delivery estimate! The problem is that this time, for reasons unknown, the item had increased in price by about 10%! Such a lack of professionalism... I do not recommend MUZIKER to anyone.
