Website not working

Update 9 April 2025:
We have been having video issues where my son’s education is on pause. There is no help, other than being offered a complimentary month of other platforms. There is no guarantee of service. In summary, if the videos do not work, MiAcademy is conveying that users should not expect them to be fixed or functional since they do not provide guarantees regarding the service's reliability or performance. Users may need to consider alternative solutions or support channels if they encounter persistent issues. I have paid a lifetime membership and this is not a service I would recommend. I will be looking for other service provider.

Miacademy reached out promptly after the review, noting that they are aware of the issues and working diligently to resolve the matter. We still occasionally get technical errors. I hope this gets resolved soon!



I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration regarding several recurring issues I have been experiencing with your platform since subscribing for the lifetime membership after my initial week-long trial, which I had thoroughly enjoyed.

While I was pleased with the trial experience, I have encountered significant problems that are now hindering my child's learning. Specifically, there have been multiple instances where the website failed to load, despite my internet connection being stable and after clearing cookies, cache, and browsing history. This connectivity issue has occurred numerous times in the past month, which is unacceptable and disruptive.

In addition to the website loading problems, I have also faced challenges with the audio functions. Often, the audio content simply does not play, forcing me to spend additional time reading questions and answers aloud to assist my child. Although I understand that technical issues can arise, experiencing this at least five times in such a short period is concerning.

Most recently, I encountered yet another issue where the website was unreachable multiple times today, right after my child completed his assessment. This not only prevents us from submitting his answers but also adds unnecessary stress to the learning process.

I believe in the value of your educational platform, but these technical problems are becoming a significant barrier to my child's learning experience. I would like to request your immediate attention to these issues, as they need to be resolved promptly for us to continue benefiting from your program.
