This will be my second purchase from The Essence Vault, I had a speedy delivery, unfortunately my 2nd order had been returned to sender even though I was home all day, this obviously was nothing to do with The Essence Vault but, the delivery Evri. I made contact with T.E.V and corresponded with Jasten who was an absolute star, my 2nd shipment has now been dispatched, without no hassle, I would definitely recommend T.E.V to family & friends for value for money products and genuine after care and support from their customer service.
