Extremely disappointed with Limecall's…

Extremely disappointed with Limecall's deceptive billing practices. I signed up for their trial period, but the app didn't even work properly during testing. I sent a message through their website to cancel my subscription and received an email confirming my account would be automatically downgraded to a free tier - which gave me peace of mind.
However, to my shock, they charged me $35.00 anyway for a subscription fee! Their customer service is non-existent - they never responded to my cancellation request. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, charging customers who clearly expressed their intent to cancel. I've had to seek legal assistance to resolve this issue. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company. There are many other reliable business communication solutions available.
