We had the Kettler Elba Signature Teak and Aluminium 6 Seat Rectangular Dining Set delivered in September. It has been kept under a pergola in a courtyard since so hardly exposed to wind/rain and we haven't used it for dining as the weather turned chilly. The tabletop has very quickly gone completely black and mouldy, as have the arms of the chairs. It was advertised as 'weatherproof' but it doesn't appear to be. Garden Trends also boast a 3 year warranty but have not upheld this. We contacted customer service within their 180 day period to tell them about this fault but they have not refunded or replaced the item as per their T&Cs. They instead advised we spend a further £40 on a teak restoring product they sell for old wood. We are not happy with the product or the customer service.
