Let us down badly. Order cancelled so always make sure they actually have the stock before you pay out to avoid dissapointment.
Ordered a Summerhouse Xmas 2024/5 and a week later we had an email to say they had no stock. Surely modern systems would allow for stock vs sales rather than let the customer down. No offer of a replacement no contact other than to let us down. Avoid.
