Order is a no-show
Along with others, I sure wish I had read the reviews before buying. I purchased ratchet straps on 12/4/24 for Christmas presents. Tracking showed very slow progress, I watched it every day. Needless to say, they didn't arrive by Christmas. I began emailing customer service on January 2 and have continued every few days since then. Their responses say some version of, "so sorry, we're trying to get in touch with the shipper." Also, my order total on the confirmation is a lower amount than the amount my card was actually charged.
Update: since the date of this review, two things have happened. The company gave me a partial refund in response to me, asking them to cancel my order and refund me in one of my email exchanges to them. Also, on February 1, my order appeared! So although I'm disappointed that it took so long and so much effort, Im happy to have my order at last.
