The kindness and patience shown by Kirsty to my mother was absolutely first class. The hearing aids have changed my mothers life. She was struggling (as were the rest of the family😂) with her loss of hearing. She had some NHS aids that were useless, so fiddly to change batteries etc. When we first visited Kirsty and she showed mum the hearing aids it was like a new chapter had opened in mums life (she is 86).
