The customer support is extremely responsive and helpful. 1 item was missing from my order, which was sent to me afterwards without request, even though it was a 2.59 EUR item. Such a positive attitude is rare in today's world. The other items ordered were of good quality, properly packaged (including live plants) and delivered quickly.
