It was really great getting to work with Abi, she really has helped me to grow and change in ways which will change my life forever. Getting help was one of the best decisions I have made and being given Abi to guide me through was one of the most beneficial parts of getting it. It was great getting to work with her and she really displayed to me that it is possible for me to treat myself kindly and build upon my self esteem.
