No Support, Damaged Product, Total Disappointment
I purchased the QRD Stellar T5 gamepad, and it arrived damaged right out of the box. The connector area was physically deformed, and when I tried to use it with my Nintendo Switch, it scraped off a portion of the metal paint on the console causing cosmetic damage to both the controller and the console.
Removing it from its Pro Controller dock was nearly impossible even after pressing the release button properly. I documented everything with photos and sent a detailed email to their support team. I received no response. I then followed up with someone from their management team (Oliver), and still got no reply.
In addition to emails, I also tried reaching out via Instagram and WhatsApp, but was completely ignored. It's been nearly two weeks, and no one has responded through any of these channels.
There is absolutely zero post-sale support. If anything goes wrong, you’re left completely on your own. This is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional for a company selling tech accessories. I really cannot recommend this product or company to anyone.
