Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. My husband bought me a voucher for Skin Touch after we moved to the area at Christmas. I tried to use it today but realised it had expired. I was told that they wouldn't honour it because "this happens all the time and they can't choose which vouchers to honour and which ones not to". Presumably therefore they have chosen to have a 3 month expiry date on their vouchers purposely to get people to pay twice for their treatments. If it happens all the time then they could change their policy so their vouchers last 6 months, or even a year. But instead they choose to keep the policy of 3 months and then get to keep all the money from all the expired vouchers without having to do any of the work. I guess it must be working for them but it doesn't seem very kind or like they want to help their customers. Since I wasn't able to use the voucher I said that I would leave and not have the treatment, at which point I was told I needed to pay a cancellation fee! But since they already have £50 of my husband's money I guess they can use that for their cancellation fee.
