After sales support is lacking

After sales support is lacking. AEDAS has a customer portal where you input issues but there is slow to little response or action. I have a number of items that are open for going as far back as 7 months and no contact, no nothing. I came to enjoy the summer and my pool has a defect; message in portal says in work but in 2 weeks have not seen anyone.
