Beware
I placed an order on Sunday, 13th July, and expected to receive tracking information by the 18th. When no tracking details arrived, I contacted support. They assured me the order was on the way but mentioned they were experiencing issues with their supplier and couldn’t provide a specific delivery timeframe.
On 23rd July, I received an email stating that my order was still processing and that I would receive tracking information once it became available. As compensation for the delay, I was credited 4,000 Prestige Points to use on a future order.
The next day, on 24th July, I was informed that my order was being cancelled due to ongoing delays. I replied to that email saying I did not want it cancelled, under the impression that it would arrive within a week. After receiving no response, I followed up again on 27th July requesting that they proceed with the cancellation, as it had already been 10 working days with no meaningful update beyond “still processing.”
When I didn’t get a reply to that either, I had to use the website’s bot to speak with someone new. I’m now waiting for a refund. In total, this experience has wasted 17 days, and the 4,000 Prestige Points they gave me are useless, as I won’t be ordering from this site again.
I’ve also asked about the timeline for the refund but haven’t received a response. To make matters worse, the site has since gone offline, showing a “maintenance” message that’s still there as of now.
To anyone considering shopping with them — save yourself the hassle. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.
Update: I had to open a case with PayPal, and I finally received my refund after 58 days. If you’re planning to use this site, I strongly advise against it. But if you do, make sure you pay through PayPal and keep records of all your conversations with them as evidence.
