Mostly ok, however, we needed to have items delivered, the delivery charge for a 2 mile drop off is expensive, £60. We were promised a call for a delivery date, it never came, I sent 2 emails- not replied to, I ended up phoning them 6 days after calling in branch. Not a good experience, rather disappointed.
