sadly having to write a negative review

sadly having to write a negative review, as others have said here - they used to be great.
after the long preorder wait time (arriving weeks and weeks after other shops) i then received my box falling apart, i realise this isn’t entirely their fault however the bottom of the box wasn’t even sealed with tape and a big hole was in the bottom, this resulted in half of the photocards falling out the box and i only ordered a certain item as it came with those photocards! they graciously offered to send the replacements and asked for my order number. after giving my order number they ignored me… it’s now been one and half weeks. maybe more staff would help with the issues they’re currently facing.
