The rating I'm giving has dropped from a very good 4 star because the after sales care has been abysmally slow and unacceptable
My integrated dishwasher door has blown after only a couple of months but it is taking literally months to get this rectified.
Multiple calls and emails for various issues
It appears to be the howdens remote team that maybe slow on this but I would expect greater chasing up by the store team who were mostly great actually
But every day I just my kitchen I'm always thinking of this poor way to treat a customer who's waiting more than 3 months for resolutions

Ps they want to come and look at the kitchen because the photos aren't enough for them. And they do treat you as if you have never used an appliance or don't know anything about kitchens .... you might be the supplier but we're the end user of combined 350 years experience and never seem a door blow for an integrated dishwasher before.
They did even try to blame the fitter suggesting he didn't apply tape across the top which they're wrong about as well.
All this over something I would say is relatively minor.
Crazy.
Himisha and Vicket are great in the store though! They try their best but held up by other forces it would seem.
