Got the wrong product in two out of two orders from this company. The first order was for a roof window, but they sent me a MaxxAir fan instead. This was actually corrected for quite swiftly. The second order was for a Lagun table, which they delivered in the wrong configuration. Unfortunately, no solution was offered here, so I had to endure their very cumbersome manual return process to get a refund.

I’m not sure if I’ve just been unlucky or if there are issues in their warehouse, but if the price is only marginally better, I won’t take the risk a third time.
