Horrendous company. Do not risk it, you’ll regret it!

Horrendous, dodgy possibly fraudulent company.
They changed their Returns address without providing details of this change: In the parcel, on social media, on their website, or even on the door.
I checked the website, and posted back the items recorded delivery to the address provided on the website.
The items came back with a Royal Mail Sticker that read 'Seller is away'.
I checked the website and the address was still the same, so I re-sent the items again (both times at my expense) and heard nothing back.
I reached out to the retailer and they replied days after each response (see attached) essentially saying 'Oops, we changed our address' from our Head Office to a new factory. On 3rd Sept 2025 they said, “we have now removed the incorrect address from our website”
Seemingly there are still people in the original building, just rejecting returns even though the website still had that original address in late August 2025.
Now they are saying they don't have it. It hasn't come back to me (and I have CCTV to prove this). The company have admitted no liability, and have completely washed their hands of this. The items are now potentially lost, and I have now paid two return postages at my expense due to their inability to update their website or take any accountability- yet they are unable to do anything for me. Including reimburse me for two postage costs or refund my items which are probably on a step somewhere near that address.
I think this company is dodgy and do this so you can’t return anything even though the law says we are entitled to!
*UPDATE* ignore their absolute nonsense reply below. This was all in August 2025, and I emailed them constantly, including screenshots from
their website showing the incorrect address. I have an email from them saying that they just removed the incorrect address on 3.9.25 so the claim it was done years ago is absolute nonsense. TYPICAL OF THESE CON ARTISTS. Check the other recent reviews which reflect what I am saying.
