Firstly the good bits, the after sales manager is exceptional and the service reception team are also very good.
The bad! The workshop have no clue about customer service and just don’t care! I took my car for MOT yesterday, I arrived before they opened at 08.00am as I was asked to do. When I booked in I asked if I could collect my car at 01.00pm and was told it was on the job sheet but someone would ring before that. At 12.45pm I started phoning and after 4 attempts over 20mins the call was picked up. The lady that answered had to go and find out, when she came back I was told it was not ready so I explained it should have been ready by 01.00pm, I said I had a meeting I needed to get to so please could it be ready for 02.00pm to collect. I arrived to collect it at 02.05pm and was told it was not ready! At this point the after sales manager stepped in and went down to the workshop to sort it out and fifteen minutes later my car was done. The workshop don’t seem to have any comprehension of customer service, if they had just communicated to me before 01.00pm I could have made other arrangements. And to cap it all I went in the boot this morning and found the plastic box I keep some work bits and a few spanner’s as well as glass cleaner etc had been tipped out al over the boot floor! NOT IMPRESSED!
They get the three stars because of the after sales manager the workshop would get -3. Would I go back? Probably not.
