Easy to work with
The staff were responsive, helpful and easy to deal with. The deck kit arrived very quickly and included everything needed. The only instructions was video with images only. At least the deck was color coded to the video. Some written instructions mailed with the deck would be useful. My kit included railings and stairs with no instructions at all. I had asked for stairs that were to include two steps for a total of three steps down to the ground due to our age. They had two step but the first step was only an inch from the deck boards. We will have to rebuild them to make them usable for us.
