Admitted a mistake on their behalf but won’t help me at all+ mislead into a €50 subscription.
Do not ever use this company. Mislead me into signing up for a €50 subscription, the taxi I had booked never came for me, resulting in me having to pay out €100+. Got in contact with customer support where they admitted to the mistake being on their behalf but wouldn’t help me at all in any way shape or form. The customer service was terrible and I was ignored on numerous occasions, even after following up. If I could rate this company -5 stars I would in a heart beat. Stay well away from them.
