Lucky Casino fail

Ill start by saying this casino was excellent too me in all the time I played up until, they sent me an email stating, they needed to see my bank records and paystubs. Because I play so much it must have flagged on their end. I was reluctant to send a casino my personal and private documents. But I agreed and sent everything they asked for. As they sifted through my records which clearly shows my source of funding, they come across a few cash deposits. And ask for an explanation and more bank records.. I told them of the cash deposits and refused anymore bank records as I had went above and beyond the documents they asked for. So as our chats became more heated, they became very hostile and started in on how they are under agco requirements for responsible gaming. Which is just a nice suggestion so as to cover their asses from liability. They dont give a shit. Then they say they have escalated it further. I asked where and who is receiving my documents now. Because the people Alexander and Helena whom were reviewing the documents state in the emails a strict confidence on their privacy policy for players. So it ended with them. All the while these lying pricks wouldnt let me withdrawal the 600 bucks in winnings I had in my account. But they sure as shit would still let me deposit. How does that work. I asked for them to just close the account and send me the funds and they said nothing. I still don't know as too whom has my banking info and paystubs. Because they blocked me from emailing and closed my account stealing the 600 bucks. Ive spent thousands at that casino and this is how you're treated.? They dont give a about players. Don't know where this casino is out of. I think Norway or some place like that. So now where im at is I hace 3 lawyers willing to work the case pro Bono. And will only take a fee if they win. They have suggested a class action lawsuit against this company and its representatives. They have caused nothing but anxiety, stomped on my rights and most of all just stole the winnings and cut all ties with me. Im looking for many players who have been screwed over by these scumbags. if you have a legitimate case. Return here and let these lawyers take them for a ride. They deserve it. Money owed to players, constant run around causing anxiety through the roof, but mostly, going beyond their authority while using the agcos licensing and regulations... way beyond. Regardless they need a wake up call.
