The representatives of the lab were very timely in reaching out to me personally and ensuring that instructions were provided in a manner that was well understood and to answer any questions or concerns that I may have had. The testing results were provided back to me in the timeframe communicated with no delays. I was made to feel comfortable with the process and was assured that I could reach out if there were any questions or concerns. I appreciate the professionalism and will be using RL Labs for my product testing in the future.
