The customer support was pretty quick getting back with me in regards to my question. we went over everything that we thought could be causing the issue then figured out it wasnt on our end but on the irs. so Sean agreed to have it resubmit every day until it goes through. This saves me time from having to log on every day and try it myself it is inst completely resolved in a couple of days he will reach out.
