Awful company

Awful company, ripped me off for a Faulty pair of trainers that I proved were Faulty through the manufacturer which they had no answer for yet completely ignored that so once returned
they issued a refund of about £26 when I originally paid
over £100 pounds for them!!
Absolute bunch of Charlatans, if I could rate them below zero I would.
I will never ever deal with this company again.

Even now after their reply to try and save face they are still lying through their teeth!.They offered absolutely no evidence from the manufacturer whatsoever that these trainers were not faulty despite me asking them to prove it many times in writing which they couldn't, I sent them all of the photographic evidence from the manufacturers website proving they were indeed faulty, the best they offered was the "Boutique said they are not faulty so they will go back on sale" that was all they had,despite me asking over and over again to prove it which they did not.
With regards to the customs fees it wasn't made clear at all until they received them back and charged me for them! at no point did they clearly explain how much the return and customs fees were going to be before I sent them back as they have claimed, at best I would imagine that it was on their website buried so deep that you would've needed to be archaeologist to dig it up!
They initially offered me 30% off If I kept the trainers by way of a goodwill apology which if I had known they were going to charge me as much as they did then I would have accepted that and took it on the chin and probably sold them on eBay as faulty to try and recoup some of my lost money.
People keep your finger away from the "buy tab" on their website site as their reply to my review is all fabricated as a stunt to save face on Trustpilot so don't be fooled by this because again they are absolute charlatans end of.

As we previously explained, the shoes were not faulty. The brand confirmed to us that the shoe was not defective.

Regarding the refund, we also clarified — with supporting evidence from both our website and DHL — that for returns outside the EU, any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Our goal is always to ensure that every customer is satisfied, and we regret that this was not the case for you.
